Many women I work with describe feeling as though they’ve lost their spark. Often, they appear completely put together on the outside, but inside feel flooded with self doubt and anxiety. They feel burdened by the expectations of others, frustrated with unhealthy patterns, or are unsatisfied in their relationships. They feel the pressure of where they “should” be in life or on how they are “supposed” to feel.

Many women come to me overwhelmed and wanting to achieve a school/work/life balance. Some are struggling with dating, a breakup, or wondering if the person they are with is right for them. Some women share a challenging, often heartbreaking, road in trying to start their family. New moms say they feel as though they’ve lost a part of themselves in caring for their growing family, they’ve lost their connection with those closest to them, and often times their symptoms of Postpartum Depression or Anxiety are sucking the joy out of motherhood.
